Easter Sunday 2023 is Sunday 9th April and most of the school Easter holidays start a week before on Saturday 1st April. Some of the Easter events are just taking place on Easter weekend, but many attractions will be open with Easter themed events and plenty going on to keep children busy across the whole of the holidays. I have added a map to the end of the post to help you find which events are near you.

If you live in Essex you might also find my guides to Essex section helpful for places to visit or these ideas of what to do with children in Essex this Spring. If you are looking for Easter present ideas for children or adults check out my Chocolate Free Easter Gift Guide.
