Trampolining has become really popular in the last few years. It gives
children a great opportunity to burn off energy while you can watch safely
from the side lines, unless you have a pelvic floor considerably stronger
than mine in which case you might want to join in too. If you have a
preschooler it's worth taking them to a dedicated session because they can
easily get thrown over when bigger people jump near by.
Most of the Trampolining Parks have a big range of activities rather than just trampolines for jumping on including ninja runs, wipe out and more.

There are risks with trampolining and it isn't uncommon to get injuries
which is why you will be asked to sign a waiver before entry. Make sure your child is aware of any safety guidance before jumping. Most, if not
all, trampoline parks will require you to wear special socks and they often
want you to purchase theirs rather than use socks from another venue,
something to consider when working out the cost of your first visit. It is recommended you arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your booked session starts (varies between sites).
Trampoline Park In Essex
12 Richmond Road, Dukes Park Estate, Chelmsford, CM2 6UA
The Chelmsford branch has a large clip and climb (32 challenges) suitable for age 4 plus and soft play (suitable for under 6) as well as the trampolining (with air slides and reaction wall).
Open jump sessions are open to children age 4 years plus. They start at £14.95 for an hour (plus a £1 service fee per booking).
Toddler Takeover sessions are exclusively for ages 1 to 6. These are from £11 for 1 adult and 1 child. Sessions 2 hours on Monday & Friday (termtime), 1 hour weekends and school holidays.
They also have Family Takeover sessions where the age limit is lowered to 1 year. Entry for 1 adult and 1 child is £11 (toddlers) or £14.50 (4+).
AirHop socks are required and cost £2.90/ £3 depending on size

Flip Out Adventure Park, Lakeside

Activities include a ninja adventure zone, wipeout, traverse climbing wall, inflatable
obstacles and trampolines.
Mini Flippers sessions are for 18 months to age 4, they take place weekdays in term time
and weekend mornings. The sessions are not exclusive and older children may be
present. These cost £16.95 for a parent and child and an additional child or
parent costs £8.95.
Normal sessions start from £21.95 for 90 minutes or £25.95 for 2 hours. They also add on a £2 booking fee per booking.
Arrive 30 minutes before your session.
Flip out socks cost £3.80 a pair and must be worn.
They also have laser quest and karaoke booth onsite.

Oxygen Rayleigh (previously Base Jump)

Base Jump was refurbished and rebranded to Oxygen in July 2023.
Oxygen Rayleigh has interconnected trampolines, a giant airbag, climbing walls, an interactive sports pitch and a mega inflatable. The Freejumping sessions include access to all these activities, except climbing.
There is a soft play area for under 5s, as well as structured Toddler Play sessions in the mornings for children from walking to age 5 allows use of all areas. This takes place 9am to 10am weekends and school holidays, 9.30am to 12.30pm term time Monday to Friday (£13 for parent and child).
Open jump sessions for 5 plus start from £15.50 (plus £1.50 service fee a booking).
Soft play only sessions (for under 5s only) are £5 an hour.
The Autism Friendly (quieter) sessions are Wednesday and Sunday between 5pm to 7pm (£8 for an hour)

Oxygen Romford (previously Jump Evolution)

Jump Evolution underwent a £1.3 million refurbishment in December 2023. There are interconnected trampolines, a giant airbag, climbing walls and a small soft play area.

The SEN Peaceful play sessions are Wednesday and Sunday between 5pm to 7pm (£8 for an hour)

On site parking is very limited with a small overspill parking available approx 5 minutes walk away at Wood Floors & Accessories.

Recoil Trampoline Club
Trampoline & Activity Centre, Eagle Way, Great Warley, Brentwood CM13 3BP
This is a hall with trampolines which offers classes for all ages and abilities. They run camps and some one off bookable sessions in the school holidays. They mostly run classes so they are a great place to register with if you are interested in getting better at trampolining or bouncing to get fit.
Urban Limitz Adventure Trampoline Park
Harlow Leisurezone, Second Avenue, Harlow, CM20 3DT
Includes: trampolines, a foam pit, ninja course and tag attack course. Suitable for children aged 6 and upwards.
Prices for non members (of Leisurezone): children £10.30, adults £11.80 (less for members)

On site parking is free at Harlow Leisurezone with paid activities, but make sure you get a parking voucher.
The Wickford Trampoline Centre

A trampolining club (Ultima) which offers coaching and some limited times open sessions, including SEN and toddler sessions. They have basic trampolines for skills development rather than a play session. Details of these sessions are kept more up to date on their Facebook than the website.
No onsite parking, nearest parking is at the Wickford Ladygate car park.
