Stunning Compact Beach Towel Review And Giveaway From Tesalate

Over the last few months I have been swimming a lot. From going to the gym to help my PGP, swimming with the girls on holiday, splash park and even paddling in the sea I feel like most trips out have required a bikini and towel. Once upon a time taking a swimming kit out (especially for the whole family) would require a HUGE bag, but not any more as you can now get really compact towels. I was sent a beach towel to review from Tesalate and I’m pretty confident they sell the most beautiful range of towels available.

A colourful towel, flip flops and sunglasses on sand

The Australian company created their beach towels to repel sand and absorb lots of liquid (at least 1 litre!) so you get dry quickly. The towels fold up small and are light, but they are full size beach towels (160cm x 80cm) so you don't feel you are drying yourself with a tea towel. As a bonus there is a good size hanging hook so you can keep it off the floor too.

All this is pretty cool, but what I love best about the towels (and what I’m sure will surprise you when you check out their website) is all the beautiful designs. Each towel is double sided with their standard black and white geometric pattern on the back and a large choice of stunning designs on the front. From bold geometric patterns to stripes, floral and bird prints there is something for everyone. I really struggled to decide which design to go for, but in the end I went for Kaleidoscope because I love all the bright colours.

The towel is really soft and washes well. It is perfect for lounging on at the beach, taking swimming or even just popping in your bag as an emergency towel (we are heading for rainy season after all). The colours are so bright they make me smile every time I unfold it. The biggest challenge is persuading my children that it is in fact mine and not theirs.

Tesalate kindly provided an extra Kaleidoscope towel for me to giveaway to one lucky reader of my blog. This is one of my favourite items I have received in a while, but that might be because it’s something beautiful for me instead of my children! If you can’t wait or you fancy one of the other designs then you can buy from the online shop here. The towels cost £45 and shipping is free.
